How can I make an appointment?

Simply call our office at 914-421-0400 and one of our caring staff will be more than happy to schedule an appointment for you.

How long does it take to get an appointment?

In most cases we can schedule an appointment for you on the same day.

How can I pay for my session?

Sancia has a sliding fee scale and accepts cash, Master Card, Visa & Discover Card. We do not accept personal checks.

Will I be reimbursed from my insurance company?

Sancia does not communicate directly with insurance companies. You will receive a courtesy patient statement. Please contact your insurance company for more information.

How long will I be in treatment?

Each individual entering treatment will meet with an individual therapist to develop your own personalized treatment plan. How long you will be in treatment depends on your progress in completing your goals.

Who are your staff comprised of?

Sancia’s staff includes psychiatrists, medical doctors, licensed clinical social workers, licensed masters social workers,  & credentialed alcoholism & substance abuse counselors.

What can I expect from treatment?

You can expect that you will be working with a team of caring professionals.  Individuals who are passionate about the life work that they choose, who will truly care about you.  Staff who will continue to walk side by side with you until you see the changes that you want to see in your life.  By coming to Sancia you will join an extended family that will assist you in your healing.

Will anyone know about my problem?

All services are private. We pride ourselves on confidentiality.

Is Sancia conveniently located?

Yes. We are located in the heart of White Plains next to the Ritz Carlton and City Center.  Municipal parking is located next door.  Also close to the Metro North train station and the Bus Trans Center.
